REFERAL SESSIONS- Hydrotherapy/Rehabilitation

For: Adults who wish to use the benefits of exercise/movement in

water to assist with any rehabilitation of injury, illness, or surgery. You will need a

letter from your doctor or physiotherapist and we suggest you bring your water based exercise

program with you to follow. Although sessions are superivised, all exerecise/stretching is to be

done independently.

WHEN: Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 1-1.45pm or 1.45-2.30pm

Cost: $10 per session

The Therapy Pool: Is 18 months new and has easy access, with low rise steps to

make getting in, or, hoping out of the 33-34 degree water very easy. The water is very clean and clear

thanks to our state of the art filtration system and the centre is very quiet at these times- no need to worry

about loud children or loud music. The pool also has a relaxation bubble jet seat for those needing to

relax and gently masssage sore backs and legs.

Equipment: We have noodles, kick boards and "aqua dumbbells" for use during these times,

if wish to bring other therapy equipment please do so.
